Pulley

Pulleys(SPA, SPB, SPC AND SPZ), adjustable pulleys, multi wedge

Also we have taper lock bush to match
with pulley , TB bushing and QD bushing !
1) European standard:
* a) V-belts pulley for taper bushing: SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC; up to *5
grooves.
* b) Adjustable speed V-belt pulleys and variable speed
pulleys
* c) Flat belt pulleys and conveyor belt pulleys.
2) American standards:
* a) Sheave for taper bushing: 3V, 5V, 8V
* b) Sheaves for QD bushings: 3V, 5V, 8V
* c) Sheaves for split taper bushing: 3V, 5V, 8V.
* d) Sheave for 3L, 4L or A, and 5L or B belts: AK, AKH, 2AK, 2AKH,
BK, BKH,2BK, 2BKH, 3BK
* e) Adjustable sheave: poly V-pulley, multi-pitch H, L, J, K and
M
3) Fetures:
1. Made according to drawings and/or sample,OEM inquiries welcomed,
especially for big pulley.
2. Material: *5C, cast iron, ductile iron, GG*5, GGG*0, nylon,
aluminum, etc.
3 Surface treatment: Black oxide, phosphate, painted, Zinc plate or
passavited.
4 Bore: pilot bore, finish bore, taper bore, bore for QD
bushing
5. Inspection:Dynamic balance & Static balance test are
available.With standardized desigh and well equipped CNC
machiningSystems.
6. Our pulleys have high Precision and good
interchangeability.
